    1. Program Overview

    By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our products and services in exchange for commissions on qualifying sales. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in the program.

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    2. Commission Structure

    • Commission rate: 20% on all qualifying sales
    • Cookie duration: 30 days from the initial click
    • Minimum payout threshold: $50
    • Payment schedule: monthly

    Commissions are calculated based on the final sale price after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Commissions are not paid on shipping, taxes, or refunded orders.

    3. Payment Terms

    • Payments are processed monthly for all approved commissions
    • Minimum payout threshold of $50 must be met
    • Available payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer
    • Commissions become payable after a 30-day holding period (to account for refunds)

    You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to inaccurate information provided by you.

    4. Allowed Promotional Activities

    You may promote our products through:

    • Your personal website or blog
    • Social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
    • Email newsletters (to your own subscriber list)
    • Online communities and forums (where permitted by community rules)
    • Podcast mentions and video content

    All promotional content must comply with FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting our products.

    5. Prohibited Activities

    The following activities are strictly prohibited:

    • Self-referrals: Using your own affiliate link for personal purchases
    • Cookie stuffing: Artificially placing cookies without user consent
    • Trademark bidding: Bidding on our brand name or variations in paid ads
    • Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages
    • Misleading claims: Making false or exaggerated claims about our products
    • Coupon abuse: Creating or distributing unauthorized discount codes
    • Incentivized clicks: Offering rewards for clicking affiliate links
    • Trademark infringement: Using our logos or branding without permission

    Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

    6. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination:

    • All affiliate links will be deactivated
    • Pending commissions meeting the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days
    • Commissions below the minimum threshold will be forfeited
    • You must remove all promotional materials featuring our brand

    7. Intellectual Property

    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our approved marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting our products as an affiliate. You may not:

    • Modify our logos or trademarks without written permission
    • Use our brand name in your domain name
    • Imply any official partnership or endorsement beyond affiliate status
    • Create derivative works based on our content without permission

    8. Liability & Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your promotional activities or violation of these terms.

    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
