    Autoplay Playlists

This site would be much more useful for me if I had to click less once I started watching. I want to be able to create custom playlists of videos and then when I play them, they play one after the other without me clicking anything. This is useful if I want to watch some technique while riding an exercise bike.

We might be able to make this a user selectable option. One problem people may come across is that most browsers no longer allow autoplay videos to play with sound. The user still has to turn the sound on.

That’s a browser things and harder for me to control on my end in regards to the sound. I’ll look into it though

I like that most of the videos are delivered in bite-sized chunks, but it does necessitate more user interactions. Would there be more latitude for this with the app (if it ever gets approved)?

To be honest the app will be the same exact user experience as the browser but it will do the following:
    - Give you more screen space because there won't be an browser address and navigation bar
    - Will give you a dedicated app button to press and be easier to access instead of the mess of a lot of mobile browser tabs
    - Give us the ability to send push notifications for site announcements to devices.

That's about it. I'm making this app to satisfy the people who just want an app and ideally want a separate experience from a mobile browser. However if the autoplay feature is coded into the site and can be turned on a by a user then it will also be active on the app as well.

I did "install app" through chrome browser. The homescreen shortcut works like an app actually. Will this have a different user experience than the dedicated app?

Saw this in Preferences settings. Not sure if this works.

Note: this post had 1 file attachment(s) on the original forum that could not be carried over.

This is just to have the individual videos play automatically in a lesson. Turn it on and then when you visit a lesson with a video it should play the video automatically

I second this. Would make the GG some much more useful if videos would Autoplay.

    Yes!
Until this feature exists: one way to get some kind of autoplay is to download the videos you want to watch, and then create with them a playlist in your favorite video player. Takes a bit of pre-work... might still be better than having to start every video by itself. :)
