Hello everyone! Recently, I’ve been getting really into hitting the lapel variation of the baseball bat choke from bottom. I wanted to make this post to ask if anyone had any advice on setups, instructions, or really any resources regarding baseball bat chokes that they found helpful. I feel that there aren’t many full systems/lessons put together on the topic but I still find myself gravitating towards it, and would like to learn anything more I can to develop it further. Thanks!
