You see a lot of best of 2022 lists around this time of year. I always find books or films I've missed that are worth checking out. Thought it might be interesting to see some lists from fellow grapplers. I'll start with the below.
Film- Born a champion- even my wife who is not into MMA/bjj at all enjoyed this.
Book- The professor in the cage- non fiction book about a middle aged English professor who takes up MMA. Follows his story training for his first fight but also delves into the theories and history of why humans fight.
TV- Under the banner of heaven- not grappling related but a gripping series about a murder in a morman community.
This is a cool post. I want to check out the book to hear if the professor gets any good. I've loved the daisy fresh documentary series from Flow.
