    How to best use the course?

    Hi

    I signed up to your Grapplers Guide, and just want to check if I’m using the site correctly.

    I finished Fundamentals: Topic Based: Concepts, and now enrolled Fundamentals: Topic Based: Guard

    Do I just go through with all the 7-8 of the Fundamentals Topic Based before moving on to Fundamentals: Phase Based, before moving into Core Curriculums?

    or is this more of a jump to what you are interested model?

    Welcome @@GMikolap !

    You can watch the courses you are interested in like Cliff mentioned. If you are new to BJJ or want to review the basics I believe the core curriculums are more in-depth. Jason recommends learning the open guard curriculum first, and then moving on to the other guards.

    There is so much info on the site that it's hard not to go to what you are interested in. I would however, spend some time also studying the fundamentals and concepts.

    Thank you so much, I did foundations, and now jumping around to whatever focus we have for the month is great. Fantastic resource here
