The main option is to drop your back towards the mat while turning your arm into them. The ideal time to do this is when you realize that they are either going for a kimura in general, or you realize they are trying to also switch to a magic grip.

Like Jason said, going flat. I find if I am not careful and the person i am magic gripping goes flat and then starts to rotate, I end up getting wristlocked,
