The Z-lock has become more popular recently, so I thought I'd do a breakdown of it along with some examples. I am exagerating and not everyone is doing it, but it is a solid technique that can easily fit in anyone's arsenal(assuming you can reap the legs). I hope you find it useful.

It is awfull. If people says that they have never seen this sub then they have never been in leg entanglments. You dont need any technique to do it. I hated when I saw Kennedy losing by this shit move. I think his knee got severly injured.

It is important to be careful with this move. As the attacker don't try to force your leg in there if someone is resisting hard and as the defender don't resist the reap. We don't need accidental injuries. Also keep in mind that you can't power out of this move and trying to do so will likely cause you to injure yourself. Just tap and try again if you don't know a way out.

    I appreciate the advice
I do BJJ for fun, so I don't try many leg locks and if someone starts to get on to my Legs I tap pretty quick
