Ffion Davies is a Welsh Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Darragh O'Conaill and a former Welsh national judo competitor. She is a multiple-time IBJJF gi and no-gi world champion, the first British/Welsh black belt world champion, and an ADCC World Championship gold medalist, ranked among the top pound-for-pound female no-gi grapplers. Since 2025 she has served as head coach at ARMA BJJ in London, teaching pressure-based guard passing and competition-focused grappling.
