John Marsh is a wrestling and BJJ coach known for his takedown instruction. An All-American wrestler at Bridgewater State University, he placed 5th at the NCAA Division III Championships and was inducted into the Bridgewater State Wrestling Hall of Fame (Class of 2025). He teaches wrestling and strength/conditioning at Essential Jiu-Jitsu, is Youth Head Wrestling Coach at KD Training Center, and has produced instructional content on takedowns for Jiu Jitsu X, including the 'Takedown The World' and 'I Shoot I Score' courses.
