Josh Hinger is a 3rd-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under André Galvão, training and coaching at Atos Jiu-Jitsu HQ in San Diego. A three-time World No-Gi Champion and ADCC World Championship bronze medalist, he also won the ACB JJ Grand Prix in Brazil, submitting all opponents en route to the title. Hinger, a former MMA competitor, teaches gi and no-gi classes at Atos and produces instructional content through Atos BJJ On Demand.
