Lachlan Giles is an Australian BJJ black belt, physiotherapist and coach known as "the Leg Lock Doctor." He is an ADCC bronze medalist (2019) and World No-Gi bronze medalist, famed for submitting three larger opponents with heel hooks in the ADCC 2019 absolute division. Giles teaches and coaches at Absolute MMA Melbourne and produces instructional content for Submeta, applying a science-based, biomechanics-driven approach to leg locks, guard passing and no-gi grappling for competitors worldwide.
