Michelle Nicolini is a Brazilian BJJ black belt, a member of the IBJJF Hall of Fame, and one of the most decorated female grapplers ever with 13 IBJJF World Championship titles and a 2013 ADCC title. She later transitioned to MMA and competed for ONE Championship, including a bout against Angela Lee. Nicolini trains out of Vila Da Luta and coaches globally, teaching her signature Nicolini spider/shin-spider guard system through seminars and instructional content, including for BJJ Fanatics.
