Just watched Karate ground fighting by Jesse Enkamp. One session was BJJ for karateka. I’ve always been wondering why a karateka lets their opponent attack multible times. Always letting go and the fight continues.
How many of strikers guide members have a karate background? I do and I am getting back to my roots. I am not doing any style, but using my previous experience and having fun sparring and doing playful combat. (Also learning new with kickboxing)
