I love using the Philly Shell in MMA. Im Orthodox, So I can always predict that a jab, and a rear kick are coming. Great for catch. Anyone use this in MMA?

Never tried, my assumption would be the smaller gloves would be an issue. Pretty cool to see it work out for you.

so here are my thoughts, the Philly Shell will draw attacks, this is where counter punching, or takedowns are on the menu...

ok I found it. Philly Shell to Rotational Elbow (Strikes and Takedown)
Have not used it, but Bill Superfoot has a similar idea. He leans back not forward like here. Also Bill uses more kicks.

Nice, I am not that well-versed in Philly Shell, just what I see on YouTube. I need to start a training group or something.

It works great in boxing, I absolutely hate this for mma, but it could work.
