Who trains outdoors? We spar and drill outdoors. At the moment it’s about -4 C. It’s not cold when you workout but one has be careful because snow can be a little slippy.

I would love to train outdoors! Unfortunately I live in South East Texas where it's almost always hot and always humid. All joking aside, I'm actually getting ready to build a pell for training Kali escrima. I remember as a kid I trained outside often both by myself and with our karate class. I'm planning to start training outdoors on my own again.

I would love to train more outdoors, I just wouldn't want to be on concrete, I feel like that wouldn't be good for my knees. If I lived closer to a beach I would.

While living in Hawai'i we always trained outside, plenty of parks and the weather was nice most of the time, even when it rained now that we live in the Pacific Northwest summers are great, fall and winters are a bit cold but I don't mind as long as it is not raining but I do realize the benefits of training in different types of weather.

Right on. I’m from Kauai now in WA. Yeah, before I left home, we trained outside all the time. Rolling in the yard or at the park.

In the summer I train outdoors more, I currently live in NY so it is very painful to run outside some days, but I do it for the extra mental toughness challenge.
