I know it’s good for me, but I’ve always had trouble turning it into an actual routine instead of something I randomly remember to do. Not sure if this helps with getting any helpful tips, but for me, my sidekick heights are terrible, which probably came from sitting in an office all day.
Do you guys normally stretch after sparring or lifting, work it into a yoga routine, or have a separate stretching session during the week? Curious what’s actually been sustainable for everyone.
Hi greetings 🤗 i unlocked my flexibility I was constantly doing mobility and streching it's important and a part of game
bfr the sessions 15 min dynamic stretches are much important and in the end static stretches are more important from recovery and strech won't get cramps and muscle sore ness we usually do bfr the sessions every day
Just put your mind to it and do it… Stretching like everything else takes time and effort. Whenever you have a moment to get some in take advantage and it will eventually become habitual. You get to the point where you don’t feel right unless you get some in.
I wish there was an app for this just like the Freeletics app, but for BJJ
I have started to watch tv sitting on the floor. It leads to stretching automaticly.
